Fiscal

We deal with recurring and ordinary tax management and advice. We resolve any queries you may have by various means and we prepare and send annual and quarterly statements related to your professional activity or that of your company: VAT, withholdings, census returns, IAE, Corporation Tax, etc.

We also take care of assisting you if your tax returns are inspected or reviewed and we answer all kinds of communications, requirements and notifications from the Tax Agency on your behalf.

Labor

We draw up your work contracts based on the official model -as well as any extension or transformation-, we notify SEPE and process the registration with Social Security.

We also prepare and send safely: monthly salary sheets and extraordinary pay sheets -both to the company and to the workers- as well as the bank remittances corresponding to them, the ordinary monthly social contributions through the Red or CRETA system , all the documentation related to temporary work incapacity – low, confirmation and high – and the liquidation and settlement documents.

If necessary, we also prepare complex work contracts for you (executives or senior management personnel and others), we execute dismissals and prepare your defense and that of the company before the CMAC and the Labor Courts.

Electronic signature

At Acceda we process and manage the obtaining and renewal of your electronic signature, both as a natural person and as a legal representative of a legal entity, which allows you to carry out multiple procedures electronically quickly and safely.

Electronic signatures are issued by a Certification Authority (AC or CA), trusted entities whose purpose is to guarantee the identity of the certificate holders and their correct association to the electronic signature keys, to which manage a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

We have been working for years with two of the most recognized certifying entities: ANF AC, of which we are the operator and close collaborator, and FNMT (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre).

Electronic notification

Currently, most legal entities and a large part of natural persons with professional or business activities are obliged to receive electronically any notification from the tax or labor administrations.

Electronic notification has many advantages for public administrations, but not so many for the administration: the administration can issue notifications any day at any time and, after ten business days, whether or not it has been seen by the recipient, the administrative act is understood to have been notified. , going to the next phase.

Commercial companies –and, by extension, their administrators- have the obligation to legalize and keep up-to-date commercial books such as those of minutes, partners or contracts, among others.

Representation of non-residents

According to current regulations, Public Administrations can require non-residents to duly identify themselves before the tax and labor administrations, appointing a resident representative in Spain.

At Acceda, we prepare or help you prepare all the necessary documentation for you to register as a non-resident before the Tax Agency and Social Security, as well as the necessary documentation to designate us as your tax representatives in Spain.

Accounting

If necessary, we help you with accounting using software tools that will allow you to have visibility of your numbers at all times.
